Any one have the RANT cell phone?

Okay have the rant cellphone and want to be able to record songs and set them as my text ringer but when i record a song on voice memo it doesn't give me the option to set it as a ringer. any one know how to do this or if its even possible?Any one have the RANT cell phone?
No, it's not unfortunately. You aren't able to use mp3s as ringers either, if you've got Sprint like I do. The only ringtones you're able to use are ones that come with your phone, or the ones you buy. You can, however, use a video clip as a ringer. So unless websites like Myxer, Phonezoo, Mytinyphone, or Ventones work for you, you've got to convert your mp3 clips to a .3g2 format (which is the supported video format for Samsung phones). You can search google for ';.3g2 converter'; to find a program, the one I use is called ';Super';. Once you've managed that, you've got to transfer it to your phone with a USB cable. Make sure you install the driver if you haven't done that already, then open My Computer and click on Removable Disc. Then you open the DCIM folder, and click on the folder starting with ';100';. That's where you need to move your video file. You will only be able to use files smaller than 512kb, or it won't play.
