This phone is far better than the Rumor it has better web browsing and the keyboard is easy to use. If you want access to music or sprint tv on your phone the rant is for you, the rumor2 doesn't support music or


sprint tv.





If your a NASCAR fan then you will want the rumor2 because it has the sprint nextel nascar channel.
They are both phone brands that have their own problems but my vote is the samsung! *** 8)

The rant is a smart phone with a good amount of internet capabilities like email, google, gps, etc. The rumor isn't a smart phone. It just has a keyboard. So if you want to pay for the extra services you can get the rant. If you just want to call and send messages, get the rumor because it costs less and would have everything that you'd need.
