Samsung RANT, can't find DCIM folder on SD card?

I got an SD card for my phone but I can't find this DCIM folder that apparently you need to save the ringtones into.





I only have My images, My sounds, and what-not...





Why won't it show up?Samsung RANT, can't find DCIM folder on SD card?
when you connect to the pc you have to go under massive storage and then it says connect to pc did u do that?


then after that then go to my computer folder and then it should show up as like removable disk
