I was it already, but thanks for the link. At least someone on Fox news said it right ';We don't torture';Would you libbies like to see a rant by a FOX correspondent? Shepard Smith? What are your thoughts?
Shep Smith, Greg Jared and Geraldo Rivera are the only 3 people at FOX with any cojones, much less brains. Kudos to Shep for speaking the truth and flying in the face of the FAUX Party line. Actually, I'm gonna go out on a limb and predict that there will be a few people departing FOX: they'll quit, on principle, rather than live hypocritically.





I'd say that Hannity, Beck and Bill-O The Clown can go to Hell, but they're already there.





I will pay good money to see Hannity voluntarily waterboarded, but I will again make a prediction: he'll chicken out. Someone will point out to him that waterboarding isn't torture that resembles death, it's death that resembles torture. It seems that all those chickenshlt mother****ers who never served in uniform are so enamored of war just don't have a CLUE as to what ';a country of laws'; means.

Anyone that cares about America's dignity will be against torture.





We're fighting to free human suffering from Iraq, and parts of the middle east yet we inflict humans suffering ourselves.





Use your imagination people. There are plenty of other ways to extract information from our detainees. Torturing them can lend to false information, they are likely to admit to anything to be free from torture.





It also angers me that just because our rules, standards, morals, and laws don't apply somewhere does it automatically mean we have to break them?





I don't watch Fox News, this is the first time I've heard of Shepard Smith. To me he sounds like the type of guy who doesn't belong on Fox. God knows they try to justify torturing any chance they get.
Both sides are very passionate on their views~~sometimes people just rant and give out a lot of frustration~~I never see the terrorist say they are sorry for beheading the innocents~~but we have to take their BS 24/7 and just sit back and twiddle our fngers

As I've said many times before, if Americans want to torture, fine. But let us not complain when our troops are tortured simply because we're the ';good guys.';
I do not agree with him, however that clip was worth watching because I LOVE judge Napolitano. He looks a lot like my daddy who was a lawyer too.

Shep's a complex guy, when people on FoxNews go off the reservation, he'll say so.
I love Shepard Smith, I don't agree w/ him...%26amp; I will still watch him.
His emotions are his way of saying he isn't comfortable with his belief.
