How often do you have a good rant?

I just blew a big rant off on my last question. What do you mean how often?! What kinda question is this? Are you trying to fire me up and get me to blow my top? You want me to spew a heart attack on this question? I'll rant for you! I'll rant all over you! I ******* cuss all over you too! You're making me freakin' angry! I just wanna spit venom at you! You need therapy for opening such a vile can of worms with this question I CAN'T EVEN PUT TO WORDS MY RAGE!!!

everyday when I talk to my niece on the phone...lol
my life is a continual rant
If it means ventilate, the minute I walk in the door of work- lol!

As if I have time to rant when I spend my time dealing with other people's rants!
50% of the time is spent ranting. 45% I'm so angry i am unable to speak.
I find that once a week is suffice
i do at work when there is to much to do and im stressed.. i try and chill out when iam at home
not often only when I'm driving

Just so you know, I really don't rant often, I really keep to myself a lot.

not often enough! maybe thats why i'm so frustrated!
Every morning when I wake up and realize I'm still married.
at least 2x per day
Well... may be yearly twice...Its not good to rant much for our own health...
i usually don't. but in the last 2 months probably 4-5 times.
